NJP2024/2025 season Katsuhiko Shibata's noteworthy points!

#661（3月20日、22日）は、Music Partnerの久石譲が、20世紀フランスの巨匠メシアンの代表作「トゥーランガリラ交響曲」を指揮する。この曲は、全10楽章・演奏時間約1時間25分の超大作で、先進的な響きやリズムと調性的な明快さが同居した多彩な内容を持っている。現代音楽の古典的な本作を、人気作曲家・久石がいかに表現するか？すこぶる興味深い。また、“Cateen かてぃん”名義のYouTubeで大人気の角野隼斗のピアノ、本作には欠かせない原田節のオンド・マルトノの両ソロも要注目。
