When can I receive the benefits of being a Patronage member after making a donation?

From the day of your donation, you will be registered as a Patronage member and will receive benefits such as priority ticket sales and invitations to public rehearsals.
If you register online, you will receive a receipt by email, if you pay by bank transfer, you will receive a receipt by mail.
If you would like to use your benefits immediately, please contact our Patronage Department by phone.

Can I see the seating chart of the hall?

This is the main hall New Japan Philharmonic holds its sponsored performances.

Can I cancel/refund my ticket?

We cannot accept cancellations after payment has been made.
Furthermore, no refunds will be given unless the performance is cancelled.
