Can I see the seating chart of the hall?

This is the main hall where the New Japan Philharmonic hosts performances. Please see here for how to see the seats.

Can I cancel/refund my ticket?

Cancellation after payment is not accepted. No refunds will be given unless the performance is cancelled. note that.

I have lost my ticket, what should I do?

We cannot reissue tickets, but if you purchased a New Japan Philharmonic ticket box with a ticket for a sponsored performance, we will prepare a temporary ticket after confirming your identity.
If you purchased your ticket at a play guide, please contact the New Japan Philharmonic Ticket Box in advance and issue a purchase certificate from the play guide where you purchased it.
However, please note that those who have this ticket will have priority. Please be careful when managing and storing your tickets.
