本アカデミーは、次世代の音楽家の育成を目的とし、演奏技術の向上だけでなく、音楽を通じた自己表現の場を提供することで、多くの若者に可能性を広げていただくことを目指しています。未来の優秀なオーケストラ奏者を育成する制度であり、株式会社ダブルスタンダード様のご支援により実現し、2025年秋に発足いたしました。
初年度である2025年度は、コンクールで顕著な成績を収めた栗原壱成（ヴァイオリン）、多田凌吾（ホルン）、野辺かれん（クラリネット）を1期生として迎え、OJT（On-the-Job Training）型のプログラムを展開いたしました。
We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for our second cohort of students. Academy students will receive lessons from members of New Japan Philharmonic, and once they are ready, they will be able to perform in New Japan Philharmonic orchestral concerts and chamber music concerts. Through practical activities in an orchestra, students will learn the techniques and know-how of being an orchestral musician, as well as the attitude expected of a working professional.
