Highlights

Andrei Boreyko, who has served as Chief conductor and Music Director of the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra and other orchestras around the world, will be conducting Shostakovich's dramatic and magnificent Symphony No. 11 "1905," which depicts the Bloody Sunday incident of 1905. The soloist for "Capriccio for Piano and Orchestra" will be Georgian genius pianist Tsotne Dzezhnidze. A 15-year-old who has been highly praised by Barenboim and Rattle, this is the most notable young pianist in the world. This will be his first performance with a Japanese orchestra.
