| About examination | ① Document review Your application will be reviewed based on the information you provide. ★Results of document screening: On Sunday, March 30, 2025, the secretariat will email the results to all applicants. Applicants who pass the document screening will be notified of the meeting time for the first round of auditions and will also be sent an orchestra study. Please be sure to reply to this email. ② Practical examination *Please bring your own accompanist. [First round of selection] (This will be implemented for those who pass the document screening) *Performance locations will be specified on the day Wednesday, April 30, 2025 ●Selected piece (one of the following) Mozart: Concerto No. 3 in G major, 1st movement (with cadenza) Mozart: Concerto No. 4 in D major, 1st movement (with cadenza) Mozart: Concerto No. 5 in A major "Turkish" 1st movement (with cadenza) *The performance section will be specified on the day. There is no designated version. ●Free piece (first movement from a concerto composed after 1806) ●Orchestral Study [Second round of selection] (This will be implemented for those who pass the first screening) *Performance locations will be specified on the day May 1, 2025 (Thursday) The pieces to be judged will be the same as those for the first round of auditions. [Third round of selection] (This will be implemented for those who pass the second screening) You will be asked to participate in our orchestra's performances as an extra. *You will be paid a performance fee in accordance with our orchestra's regulations. |
