Born in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture. In the Suzuki method, he studied under the late Teisaburo Okumura, Toru Takao, and Shinichi Suzuki. Studied under Mr. Tsugio Tokunaga at Kunitachi College of Music Faculty of Music.
While in school, he was invited as an assistant to the Ikeda Town Music Camp in Hokkaido, and participated several times as a guest artist at the Kusatsu International Summer Music Academy & Festival in Gunma Prefecture. In July of this year, he participated as a supporting artist at the MMCJ 2019 Orchestra Concert, where Naoto Otomo and Alan Gilbert are founding Music Director.
大学卒業後、フリーランスを経て1993年入団。新日本フィル 第1ヴァイオリン奏者。
