Born in Iwate prefecture. Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts. Graduated from the same graduate school. Studied vocal music under Kazuho Obara, Tomoya Sasaki, and Taro Ichihara.
Received the Excellence Award at the 28th New Performer Competition sponsored by the Ichikawa City Cultural Promotion Foundation. Won the highest award at the 33rd Nerima Ward Rookie Concert Audition. 1st place in the 1st Kawasaki Rookie Vocal Competition. 2nd place in the vocal section of the 84th Music Competition of Japan. Received the 1st prize at the 53rd Japan-Italy Vocal Concorso and the Song Award (Takiko Okabe/Sadako Mine Award). Received 2nd place (highest place) in the vocal section of the 17th Tokyo Music Competition and the Audience Award. At the Tokyu Silvester Concert 2019-2020, he appeared as a tenor soloist in Beethoven's "Symphony No. 9".
In opera, he made his debut with Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana Turiddu. So far, he has appeared in Alfredo in La Traviata, Cavaradossi in Tosca, Tebaldo in Capuleti and Montecchi, and Ismaele in Nabucco.
