As one of the leading pianists of our time, Goerner's piano work is the most artistic, poetic, and astonishing musicality. His exhilarating and confident performances have captivated audiences around the world.
The 2021/22 season will feature in major halls around the world, including Wigmore Hall (London), Théâtre des Champs-Élysées (Paris) and Victoria Hall (Geneva).

Conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy, Neeme Järvi, Jonathan Nott, Fabio Luisi, Essa-Peka Salonen and others with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchester de Paris, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie. He has performed with many famous orchestras, including the Mariinsky Theater Orchestra, the NHK Symphony Orchestra. He is often invited to international music festivals such as Salzburg, La Roque-d'Antheron, Edinburgh, Schleswig-Holstein, Verbier and BBC Proms. In chamber music, he regularly collaborates with Martha Argerich, Steven Isserlis and Gary Hoffman.

Born 1969 in San Pedro, Argentina. At the age of 5, she studied with Jorge Galbba, then at the Conservatory of Music in Buenos Aires with Juan-Carlos Arabian and Carmen Scalcione. In 1986, he won the first prize at the Franz Liszt International Competition in Buenos Aires. He received a scholarship from Argerich, who recognized Gerner's talent, and studied under Maria Tipo at the Geneva Conservatory. In 1990, he won first prize at the Geneva International Competition.

Currently, he lives in Switzerland with his wife and sons, and while working as a professor at the Geneva Conservatoire, he is also a member of the Chopin Institute's Artistic Advisory Committee.
