At the 10th Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in 2018, he won second place, as well as the Warsaw Mayor's Award and Audience Award.
Born in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture in 1999. When her father was transferred there, she moved to Shanghai soon after her birth and began learning piano.
From the age of eight, she won first place at the International Chopin Piano Competition in Asia for five consecutive years. In 2012 (at age 12), she became the youngest first place winner at the 16th Hamamatsu International Piano Academy Competition. In March of the same year, she made her CD debut with Universal Music, becoming the youngest Japanese pianist (at age 12). She has released many CDs, including "The Joy of Love" (2015), "Pictures at an Exhibition" (2016), and "Chopin: Ballade No. 1, 24 Preludes" (2019), all of which have been selected as special selections by Record Geijutsu magazine.
In addition to performing concerts all over Japan, she has also been invited to perform overseas, expanding the scope of her activities, including a tour of the Russian National Orchestra in Russia in May 2019, and recitals in Warsaw in August and Brussels in October.
