Born in Ukraine in 1986. After studying the violin at the Yehudi Menuhin School of Music, he studied under A. Chumachenko, G. Kremer, and B. Kushnir. In 2005, he won the Grand Prix at the Enesco International Competition. He has performed with the world's major orchestras such as the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, the Cleveland Orchestra, the Tonhalle Orchestra of Zurich, the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and the German Kammerphilharmoniker. As a conductor, he regularly collaborates with Ashkenazy, Zinman, Marukki, Unjan, Petrenko and Sudan. Also signed an exclusive contract with Erato and released various CDs. The first concert DVD is "Sibelius: Violin Concerto" (Ashkenazy & European Chamber Orchestra). The film Natural Born Fiddler (directed by B. Monsaingeon), which documented his live performances in Toulouse in 2004, was critically acclaimed. In April 2017, he performed Brahms: Violin Concerto with Toshiyuki Kamioka at the 572nd Topaz with New Japan Philharmonic.
