He studied at Toho Gakuen College of Music and the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. After working as a trombonist with the Brasov Philharmonic Orchestra in Romania, he became the conductor of the Brasov Opera House. In 2002, he conducted the Transylvania Symphony Orchestra on its Japan tour, which was well received. He was a finalist in the Besançon Conducting Competition in 2003 and 2005, and won third place in the Bartók International Opera Conducting Competition in 2007. He currently performs in various countries, mainly in Europe, including Austria, Germany, Italy, France, and Brazil.
