Before I had the goal of becoming a conductor, my dream was to become a dinosaur expert. The theme song from Jurassic Park is a song I have always admired. And Carmen!
This is the most beautiful and intense opera of all. Please enjoy the performance with the currently popular Cocomi.

I started learning the violin and piano when I was three years old, and the flute when I was 11. One of the reasons I became interested in the violin was the movie "Whisper of the Heart." The "Family Concert" I will be performing this time includes film music, but the Carmen Fantaisie by Borne that I will be performing is interspersed with highlights from the opera "Carmen" composed by Bizet. I hope to deliver a performance that brings to mind the scenery of Seville, Spain, where the story is set, together with New Japan Philharmonic and conductor Kyotaro Sawamura. Also, this Carmen Fantaisie is one of the pieces that made me fall in love with the flute, so I am really looking forward to performing it.

I loved anime and movies from an early age, and I would watch my favorite scenes over and over again with shining eyes. Music has a mysterious power. Even without the images, just listening to a song can vividly recall the scenes and emotions of the time. Every time I hear "Stroll" from "My Neighbor Totoro," I picture Mei walking energetically discovering creatures, and the excitement I felt as a child naturally comes back to me. Do you have any music that brings back such memories?
I am truly looking forward to sharing the excitement with you all through a variety of famous pieces, including classical, anime, and film music.
May your wonderful thoughts fill the entire hall.
