Ten people who attend the 659th subscription concert (November 16, 2024 Sumida Triphony Hall and November 18 Suntory Hall) and complete the online survey via the URL (Google Form/QR code) included in the program booklet within one week of the concert will be selected by lottery to receive original New Japan Philharmonic goods.

In the survey, we will ask you which gift you would like (a panel or original goods or either). Winners will be contacted by email.
*During the performance period, the actual item will be exhibited in the hall lobby and transported between venues by truck, so please understand that it may have dirt or scratches.
*There are two types of panels, one of which will be sent to you. You cannot choose the type.

- If we are unable to deliver the prize due to reasons such as an incorrect address, an unknown new address, or an extended absence, your winnings will be invalidated.
- Winning rights and prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold to a third party. Please refrain from putting them up for auction, etc.
