New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra members select and plan programs from their own unique perspectives in the ``Chamber Music Series - Orchestra Member Producer Edition''. There will also be a pre-talk by the performers before the performance.
New Japan Philharmonic 's "Chamber Music Series," which began in 2004, started with the aim of improving the ensemble skills of the orchestra members and reaching new music fans. Since April 2015, the title has included "Musician Producer Edition," and it has become a popular series. In this project, the orchestra members themselves select the themes, choose the pieces, and even arrange the performances of their collaborators, producing a different experience from orchestral performances. It has been well-received as a project that allows audiences to enjoy the individuality of each New Japan Philharmonic and the charm of their instruments.
Tickets will go on general sale from Saturday, May 30, 2026.
