Notice of partial changes to payment and ticketing methods when purchasing single-ride tickets and My Plan tickets (from December 1, 2025)

For orders placed after December 1, 2025, there will be some changes to the payment and ticket issuing methods when ordering through the New Japan Philharmonic Ticket Box and New Japan Philharmonic Ticket Online.

<Changes>

  • Tickets can only be issued at convenience stores (Family Mart).
  • The mail service (previously free shipping) has been discontinued and we will only accept shipments by registered mail (shipping fee 700 yen per item).
  • Payment by bank transfer (customer pays fees) will be discontinued.
  • E-tickets will continue to be available as usual.
  • There will be no change if you purchase Continuous Ticket.

  • Order online or by phone
    → Issue tickets at FamilyMart (fees: from 165 yen)
  • If you wish to receive by mail
    → Shipped by simple registered mail (shipping fee 700 yen per item)
  • Electronic tickets
    → As before, you can pick up and enter using your smartphone.

Due to these changes, it will be more convenient and cost-effective to issue tickets at convenience stores and use electronic tickets.
