About ticket purchase

Can I see the seating chart of the hall?

This is the main hall New Japan Philharmonic holds its sponsored performances.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased via phone or internet, or through various ticket agencies.
Please refer to the ticket purchasing page for more information.

How to purchase tickets [Official] New Japan Philharmonic

Can I cancel/refund my ticket?

We cannot accept cancellations after payment has been made.
Furthermore, no refunds will be given unless the performance is cancelled.

I have lost my ticket, what should I do?

We are unable to reissue tickets, however, if the ticket is for a performance we are hosting and was purchased through the New Japan Philharmonic Ticket Box, we will provide you with a temporary ticket after verifying your identity.
If you purchased your ticket at a ticket agency, please contact the New Japan Philharmonic Ticket Box in advance and have the ticket agency issue a purchase certificate.
However, please note that priority will be given to those who hold this ticket.
Please take good care in managing and storing your tickets.

Is it possible to use tickets for performances that I can no longer attend?

If you have tickets to a performance that you are unable to attend, please contact the New Japan Philharmonic Ticket Box (TEL: 03-5610-3815).
Your donation will be used to make effective use of the seats.
Continuous Ticket, Ticket・My plan, and single tickets can all be donated.

When can I receive the benefits of being a Patronage member after making a donation?

ご寄付をいただいてから、パトロネージュ会員の登録をさせていただきます。登録の作業には最長1週間程度いただいております。予めご了承ください。
登録完了後、会員番号のお知らせが届きましたら、チケット優先発売、公開リハーサルご招待などの特典を受けられます。
領収書は後日郵送でお送りします。

How can I participate in the "Open Rehearsal"?

Six to eight times a year, New Japan Philharmonic rehearsals are open to the public for Patronage members who donate.

I think I'll be late for the start of the concert. Can I enter in the middle of the tour?

If you arrive after the performance, we will guide you to your seat during the break or between songs.
If the interval between songs is short, you may be seated in a seat near the door that is different from the reserved seat.
Please arrive as early as possible so that you can be on time for the performance.

If I become ill during the concert, can I enter and leave the venue?

Please follow the instructions of the staff in the nearest hall and leave.
If you feel better and can return to your seat, we will guide you inside the hall during breaks or between songs under the direction of the staff in the hall.
If the interval between songs is short, you may be seated in a seat near the door that is different from the reserved seat.

Do they have a dress code?

There is nothing in particular, but please refrain from wearing accessories that make noise.
