Qualification requirements	・Those who have the performance ability appropriate for an orchestra player. ・Age and nationality do not matter.
Application method	Please send the orchestra's prescribed resume (download from our website) to New Japan Philharmonic office by 5:00 pm on Monday, July 3, 2023. *Resumes will only be used for auditions. Please note that resumes will not be returned.
About examination	① Document review We will review based on your resume. ★ Pass/fail result of document screening: Shipping on Friday, July 14, 2022 Applicants who pass the document screening will be sent a notification of the meeting time for the first screening and an orchestra study. ② Practical examination * Accompanists must accompany themselves [First screening] (Performed for those who passed the document screening) Wednesday, August 16, 2023 ●Examination piece (the score version is not specified) Haydn: Trumpet Concerto in E flat major, Hob. VIIe:1 The performance location will be specified on the day. ●Orchestra study [Second screening] (Performed for those who passed the first screening) Thursday, August 31, 2023 Judging theme songs will be the same as the first judging. [Third screening] (Performed for those who passed the second screening) *We will pay the performance fee according to our orchestra regulations. Participate in a total of 10 programs as an extra in the performance activities of the orchestra.
Venue	1st screening: Arakawa Civic Hall (Sunpearl Arakawa) (From Machiya Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line/Keisei Line, transfer to the Toden Arakawa Line → 2-minute walk from "Arakawa Kuyakusho-mae") Second screening: Sumida Triphony Hall Large Hall (5 minutes walk from Kinshicho Station on the JR Sobu Line) Third screening: New Japan Philharmonic concert venues
Result notification	・Results of document screening: Results will be sent by mail on Friday, July 14, 2023. ・Results of the first screening: We will contact you on August 16, 2023 (Wednesday). ・Second screening results: We will contact you on August 31, 2023 (Thursday). ・Results of the 3rd screening: Notification will be sent immediately after the screening is completed.
treatment	According to our company regulations. Full social insurance (health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, workmen's accident insurance), transportation expenses paid.
Other	・Please apply only if you can start the 3rd test by Friday, December 1, 2023. ・The time for the 1st and 2nd screening will be determined by the number of applicants. ・Please bring your own piano accompanist for the 1st and 2nd rounds. ・The second screening consists of a preliminary screening and a main screening. ・The first screening will be a curtain screening. ・Please pay your own transportation and travel expenses (accommodation expenses). ・Please be sure to specify your mobile phone number and address so that we can contact you smoothly after applying. ・Parking is not available on the day of the audition.
