Born in South Korea in 2006. She will study under Ida Kavafian at the Curtis Institute of Music from 2023. She has previously studied under Pierre Amoyal (Mozarteum University Pre-College), Josef Špaček (Prague), Kim Nam-yun (Korea Arts Institute for Gifted Students), and Anat Malkin Armani (Manhattan School of Music Pre-College).

She has won first prize in many Korean and international competitions, including the Music Spring and Autumn Festival (2015), Crescendo (2016), Singapore Violin Festival (2019), and Go Chang (2022). She also won second prize at the 2020 Leonid Kogan Competition, fifth place in the Junior Division of the 2021 Yehudi Menuhin International Violin Competition, and second prize at the 2022 Zhuhai Mozart Competition for Young Musicians.

In 2021, she was selected as a SonusArts “Young Soloist” and will perform a solo recital in Switzerland. In 2023, she was selected as “Young Artist of the Year” at the German National Festival and performed with members of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra.

She has attended master classes by many famous violinists, including Mihaela Martin, Clyde Sachts, Noah Bendix-Balgley, Philip Draganov, Annie Schnark, Martin Biber, and Koichiro Harada.

In addition to serving as concertmaster of the Ongbuk Elementary School Orchestra and the Yewon School Orchestra, he is also actively involved in orchestral activities, including participating in the Czech Philharmonic Youth Orchestra from 2022 to 2023.
