At the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, we are cosponsoring with municipalities in Tokyo and groups designated by municipalities to hold "Fresh Masterpiece Concerts." Many up-and-coming musicians who will lead the next generation are active.
